This is a central location for Stacey Graham’s music, photography, painting and other creative endeavors.

I grew up in Cornell WI but moved to Minneapolis in the late 1980s and was very involved in the music and arts scenes. After a life in Minneapolis and significant adventures in California, New York City and New Orleans my life changed unexpectedly with the end of a relationship and subsequent sale of our house, my job went full-time remote due to Covid, my parents died and I co-inherited the property back in the small town I grew up in.

In Minneapolis I played a lot of music with a large group of like-minded people who would rather play for ourselves in our basements and shitty warehouse spaces than play the bar scene, had showings of my photography in Art-A-Whirl, fell into a series of successful solo and group creative writing blogs that attracted a lot of attention, went through phases of painting in various mediums and amassed a serious vinyl record collection.

Moving back to the semi-rural hometown was a hard adjustment made easier by having no mortgage or rent in combination with fairly good pay in my job doing remote litigation support for one of the largest Minneapolis-based companies. Living alone for the first time in my life I am very wrapped up in creative pursuits including building up a small recording studio for the online recording groups I’m part of. I’ve also got a collection of various guitars, amps, keyboards, drum kits and synthesizers down in the basement and can make as much noise as I want now. I am into stereo equipment, am an avid fan of both the Minnesota Lynx and the Indiana Fever in the WNBA and am a judgmental smirking malcontent Gen-X old person yelling at the goddamn kids to get off my lawn.

I will keep adding to this as I have a lifetime of photography, writing, art and other crapola that should be collected in one spot. Currently working on 2nd album with Nicole as Tryztessa, also working on a huge writing memoir writing project that may or may not see the light of day because my 20s and 30s were pretty much lived in a blackout of chemicals and and lurid immorality.

*P.S. people constantly ask why they can’t find me on Facebook and the reason is that I am banned for “making threats” and “inciting crime”. I wasn’t serious when I caught the ban but they ban for life.
